When the client approaches us with their recruitment needs, we engage in a discussion to determine the specifications for their desired candidate. Prior to proceeding, we issue a contract outlining the terms and processes agreed upon by both parties
Candidate Screening & Shortlisting
In this step our professionals will search our internal database and perform specific searches to align with the specific requirements provided by the clients.
TE will conduct prescreening interviews with the screened candidates over the phone to discuss their previous experience, workplace compatibility, salary expectations, and any other given requirements over the phone. Ideal candidates will then be called for onsite thorough interviews for final selection.
Client’s Review and Interview Presentation and Interview Coordination. Our team will forward the complied data to the client for review before deciding to interview. Based on their decision, selected candidates proceed to interviews or assessments.

Client’s Review and Interview
All successful candidates will receive notification regarding the outcome of their final interview. If the client does not find the candidate suitable, Talent Expertz will promptly provide new resumes to ensure seamless continuation of the talent search without delays.
