Qualification Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
Experience:
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Network & System Support Engineer or similar role
Skills Required:
• Good understanding of computer systems, network protocols and Server OS (TCP/IP, DNS,
• DHCP, etc.), knowledge of Linux OS
• Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot basic & complex hardware and software issues
• Hand-on experience of network device and windows server`s
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Job Role:
• Provide first-line support to end-users. troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems related to hardware, software and network connectivity
• Responsible for installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, networks and applications
• Responsible to provide technical support to all internal & external stake holders
• Ensure smooth network connectivity to users located in different offices or remote locations
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware devices, such as cleaning, updates, and repairs. Maintain an inventory of hardware assets
• Responsible to implement backup and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data and
• systems from loss or corruption
• Liaising with all relevant individuals and teams to ensure smooth & optimum support
• Communicate effectively with all stake holders and provide updates, reports, and
• recommendations to the management team
