Job Description

* To sell membership of the club to potential customers.

* To ensure that they achieve their agreed Monthly sales target assigned by the management.

* Assist potential clients in selecting their membership plans with relevance to their needs.

* Assist in the onboarding process of new members.

* To deliver excellent customer service to all club members and non-members

* Drive new membership sales daily, weekly and monthly as per target assigned through multiple channels.

* Be dedicated to providing excellent after-service through a positive customer service approach and regular follow up

* Perform additional duties assigned by the management

Requirements

* Qualification: BBA or MBA

* Minimum 2 year of proven track record in Sales and Customer Services.

* Be proficient in English language

* Be a Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills

* Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills

* Be flexible regarding club placement and club changes as per Management discretion

* Be target focused.

* Salary plus Commission will be paid to the selected candidates.

* Preference will be given to individuals who have worked in fitness clubs before.

* Industry Type: Fitness Industry

* Job Type: Full-time

* Salary: Market Competitive plus commission.

* Benefits: Medical and Life Insurance after Confirmation

* Leaves as per labour law after Confirmation

* Allowance Amount (Based on Residence Distance):

* 4.8 km to 10 km: PKR 5,000/-

* 11 km to 15 km: PKR 10,000/-

* 16 km and onwards: PKR 15,000/-

* Absence: No allowance for absent days.
