Responsibilities:

 Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate resources to various projects based on project requirements, timelines, and team capabilities.

 Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and align resource allocation accordingly.

  Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with HR to identify and onboard qualified professionals to meet project demands. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a high standard of talent acquisition.

  Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of the augmented resources, providing constructive feedback and support for their professional development.

 Project Coordination: Liaise between project managers and resource teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

 Risk Management: Anticipate and address potential resource-related challenges, proactively identifying solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

  Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance resource augmentation processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

 US Onshore+Offshore Full cycle Technical Hiring experience.

 Must have Business Development experience.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in resource management, + US onshore + offshore technical talent acquisition.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Team Player: Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team and across departments.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate in a dynamic work environment.

Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.

Must be willing to work in the 5:30 pm – 2:30 am time slot.
