Job Role:
• Review and approve policies, endorsements, and related documents.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and comprehensive coverage.
• Assess and underwrite various Takaful risks in line with Sharia principles.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary statements.
• Monitor outstanding contributions and data integrity
• Facilitate effective communication & collaboration with underwriting, risk management, and legal departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Experience & Skill Required
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in enabling the assessment of risks and informed underwriting judgments
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of regulatory standards and compliance within the Takaful sector
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Qualification Required:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
• Professional Certification in Takaful
