Job Scope: As the Head of AI, you will be the driving force behind Client’s AI Business Unit. Talent Expertz is seeking a visionary and technically adept leader to spearhead the development and implementation of AI-powered products and services for the financial industry, solving complex problems and driving measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
•Lead the AI product development lifecycle alongside the product and business teams, from ideation and market research to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
•Develop an AI strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
•Identify strategic opportunities for applying AI to address challenges and create new opportunities for banks, financial institutions, and direct customers.
•Work closely with partners, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate AI capabilities into impactful products.
•Manage and grow a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
•Oversee the technical development and deployment of AI models, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical considerations.
Qualifications:
•Degree in Computer & Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•4 to 6 years of experience in working on AI products, with 2 years of minimum experience in leading and scaling AI-powered projects.
•In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques.
•Proficient in Cloud AI/ML services on AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as cloud computing services. Infrastructure knowledge for deciding physical/virtual machines for model retraining and deployment.
•Ability to inspire and motivate a team of highly skilled technical professionals.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
