Applicant Approaches TE:
When a job seeker expresses interest in an open position posted on our current openings website or submits their resume directly through our job application portal, our recruitment experts receive and examine the submitted materials.
Applicant Preliminary Screening:
Each profile undergoes thorough scanning using our ATS tools to ensure alignment with the job description criteria and suitability for the position. Selected candidates will be contacted by our recruitment team to confirm their shortlisting and availability for the preliminary interview for the respective position.
Client’s Review and Interview:
Our team will forward the complied candidates’ data to the client for review whether the candidates will be interviewed or not. Based on their client’s review, selected candidates proceed to interviews or any required assessment.
Hired
After finalizing the shortlisted candidate, Talent Expertz will assist the client throughout the completion of hiring process. TE will provide additional CVs to fulfill the client’s recruitment requirement needs, if the candidate is not hired.
